Categories:
Ages 40 & up and under 40
Males & Females will be judged seperately.

Requirements:
1. $25 entry fee per person will include: t-shirt, photos, measurements, Optimum Nutrition & ABB goody bag, and 10% discount on pre-approved supplements at AMERICAN MUSCLE ( see Jason).
2. You must be a member of American Muscle -OR- be present in American Muscle at least once a week for a $5 guest fee per visit.
3. Before & After photos and measurements will be taken by Danielle.
4. Bodybuilders, Fitness or Figure athletes may enter, but are not eligible for prizes.
5. Enter at your own risk and with a postive attitude.

PRIZES:
Judging will be based on overall physical transformation and total pounds & inches lost.
